SicrediPar
Created in 2008, Sicredi Participações S.A. (SicrediPar) is the holding company that controls Banco Cooperativo Sicredi and coordinates the System’s strategic decisions. A holding company is an entity that manages conglomerates of a given group. SicrediPar enables cooperatives to participate directly and formally in corporate management, making the governance structure more transparent.
It aims to provide cooperatives with direct and formal participation in corporate management and to make the governance structure more transparent. The Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss and decide on strategic and systemic issues.
SicrediPar’s shareholding is made up of our 5 central cooperatives, which hold 80.95% of the voting capital, and the 100 cooperatives in the system, with 19.05%.
The duties of the Fiscal Council are to supervise, by any of its members, the actions of the managers, to verify compliance with their legal and statutory duties, and to report to the Board of Directors the conclusions of its work, warning it of any irregularities found. All are elected at a general meeting for a one-year term.
The composition of the Fiscal Council of SicrediPar and the Bank is the same.

It is made up of thirteen members, five of whom are presidents of the central cooperatives, five representatives of individual cooperatives (one per central cooperative), one representative appointed by Rabo Partnerships B.V. and one independent director. All are elected at a general meeting for a three-year term.
